Discovery tour
The newly created discovery tour is perfect for a relaxing and exciting nature walk around the estate - past the heat storage, meadows, woods and ponds and small-learning and interacitve stations, describing the various habitats.
Forest Station
An ancient black poplar recounts stages of her long life at the forest station. The black poplar tells us about, among other things, its ability to transform solar energy into organic energy and of its importance as a natural habitat.
Orchard & farmers garden
Explore old German apple varieties in our idyllic orchard. Also, the large, flower-filled cottage garden is laid out in a traditional manner according to old customs, inviting you to admire and enjoy.
Teaching apiary
The teaching apiary has a long tradition at Gut Karlshöhe. It is lovingly cared for by the beekeepers association Imkerverein Bramfeld e.V., and teaches about the lives of these tiny, industrious honey-producers.
Sheep Pasture & Adventure Playground
Our young visitors are especially attracted to the sheep pasture and the adventure playground. Here, they can observe and maybe even pet, our friendly, trusting sheep. The adventure playground, with its fire pit and tents, keeps the adventure spirit alive at many an event.
